Make it over to the far side and hack the last terminal. Kill the gangsters in your way and head for the stairs beyond them. Get out there and head to the right of the car. Head up to the barrier in front of the force field. Run back to your car or ahead if you need a new one. After you disable it, another homie will go down. Cross the bridge and go right to reach the next force field and its terminal.
Keep a good pace going and do not slow down if you can help it. Hop back into the car and drive straight ahead, following the markers. One of your homies will go down so head over to revive him. After a bit of dialogue, head to the marked part and use interact with it to hack the terminal and disable the force field. Hop into the car in front of you and drive up to the force field. Killbane has apparently fled here and the Saints have been hunting him down.
